Vision Real Estate Partners is revitalizing the Warren Corporate Center (WCC), an office park in Warren, NJ conveniently located off I-78 within an hour of New Brunswick, Newark, Hoboken, Jersey City, and New York City. They have begun to introduce modern amenities to the campus by introducing a new amenity center featuring a full-service cafeteria, basketball court, meeting rooms, and accessible roofdeck. Vision brought on Arterial to create a landscape master plan that will expand upon these updates while building new pedestrian and bicycle connections throughout the park.
The plan puts forth a modern vision for the American workplace. Six new recreation spaces serve the campus with design elements that support active recreation, quiet relaxation, fitness, sport, outdoor dining, and collaboration. A protected shared-use path provides safe pedestrian and bicycle connections to the existing buildings and proposed outdoor spaces. In addition to the master plan, full construction documents were created for the 400/500 courtyard.
